1) "You must go back", Ram silented mouthed. Is this sentence correct? I think 'silently' will be better here than 'silented'. 2) Arrest that person...and its entire, tainted, family. In this sentence is the comma between 'tainted' and 'family' right ?

1 - “silently” is correct. Casual English allows most adverbs to be placed before the verb(“... Ram silently mouthed”). 2 - “its” (possessive) is not used for people. “His,” “her,” or singular “their” should be used.

Hi Avi, 1) you cannot say silented. Silenced is correct, but I'd suggest you to reconstruct the entire sentence. Also, not mouthed, it's mouth. 2) No, there's no commas required between either 'entire' and 'tainted' or 'tainted' and 'family'. Arrest that person, and it's (their/his/her, better options) entire tainted family.
