I have washed my car
I have my car washed
I have been washed my car

I have washed my car = You are the person that washed the car.
I have my car washed = You pay someone else to wash the car.
I have been washed my car = The grammar needs to be adjusted: "I have been washing my car." (A description of what you did earlier in the day.)

Only the top answer is correct.
the second one should be
I had my car washed.
And the third could be
My car has been washed.

The top answer is correct only.
You could say "I will have my car washed next week" in the future tense
I have my car washed - does not sound correct as it is like that

first one means : I did wash my car in the past , started in the past and ended in the past .
second one means : that my car is washed by someone .
third one means : that I started to wash my car in the past and still wash it .
