I tried to log into my Steam account today, but I was surprised to discover that my account had been stolen/hacked. Well, I know that this kind of thing happens, but it just feels more shocking when it happens to me. In the past, I might have cowered and given up my account without even trying to retrieve it because I was so afraid of conflicts and confrontations. However, in recent years I have learned to stand up for my own rights, so I wrote to the customer service staff of Steam to explain my situation and submitted some evidence. I hope I'll get my account back soon.
