Yesterday I went out for an hour walk in my neighborhood. After coming back home, I took a shower. Then I made a huge mistake! After taking a shower, I couldn't help but have a glass of beer. I regretted doing this when I checked my weight this morning, because my weight hadn't changed a bit despite that 1-hour walk. Alas!! Without that beer, I would have been successful in reducing my weight. I will never make the same mistake again, from now on I will take a walk and not have a glass of beer after and will definitely reduce my weight!!!!!
