Could anyone help me with the following question?
I’ve found the following sentence.
“Is there a such thing as a perfect relationship for you?”
Is it correct to say “a such thing”? Shouldn’t it be “such a thing”?
Yes. It's wrong - probably a typo. According to ngrams, 'a such thing' doesn't even exist:

It's not correct. It should either be "such a thing" or "any such thing".

"such" is a pronoun, like "my" so no article is needed

Hi Alex, you cannot say 'a such thing' but you can say 'such a thing'. The word order is very important in English. 😉
You can therefore ask: Is there such a thing as a perfect* relationship for you?
Or ideal*
I hope that this helps you 😀
