Hey, what’s the difference between SUPPLANT/SUPERSEDE/REPLACE? Can we use all three in below example?: Printed books will soon be SUPPLANTED/SEPERSEDED/REPLACED by e-books.

They are all words with the same meaning. They mean to take the place of something. Supplant will often be used in the case of uprooting or cutting something out. Though all three words can be used here, replaced sounds the most natural. It makes sense with all three, but superseded and supplanted are definitely more formal words, so I would just use replaced.
