I was born and raised in Hong Kong. Although I live in a small city but where is amazing. I love my hometown because it’s a safe city. There are many local restaurants and shops around you, I would say everything is right of your fingertips. There is also good of the transportation links, that is so convenient, fast to anywhere and the fare is very reasonable. So, cars are a luxury rather than a must in Hong Kong.

There are many local restaurants and shops around you; I would say everything is right at your fingertips. There is also a good transportation network that is convenient, quick to reach anywhere and with a very reasonable fare. Thus*, cars are a luxury rather than a must in Hong Kong.

* - you can also say 'because of this' or 'as a result' // Well done! Would love to see Hong Kong myself one day. :)

There are many local restaurants and shops (around you) everywhere, I would say everything is right (of) at your fingertips. (There is also good of the transportation links, that is so convenient) There are many convenient public transport routes, (fast to anywhere) and the fare is very reasonable. So, cars are a luxury rather than a must in Hong Kong.

Please don't mix British and American words, like transport and transportation.
