Tracy Elina
#I mainly practice the present perfect tense and the present perfect continuous tense here. I haven't seen Luke for ten years, but we met each other on the street this morning. "Hi Tracy, how are you doing? What have you been doing recently?" "Hi Luke, I'm good. I have just graduated from university. What have you been doing this ten years?" "I have been running my company's business in many cities. These days is this city's turn." "How long have you been running this company? I haven't heard that you own a company!" "I have created this company five years ago, now it works quite well." " Wow! Awesome! I have just finished shopping, where are you going right now?" "I have eaten my breakfast, and have been walking alone this street since 9 o'clock, now I'm going home."

#I'm mainly practicing the present perfect tense and the present perfect continuous tense here. I hadn't seen Luke for (it's also possible to use "in" in the negtive) ten years, but we met (or "ran into", if it was by chance) each other on the street this morning. "Hi Tracy, how are you doing? What have you been doing (or what have you been up to) recently?" "Hi Luke, I'm good. I have (or "I've") just graduated from university (or "college", in the US). What have you been doing (for) these (or "the") last ten years?" "I've been running my company's business in many (or "a lot of") cities. These days it's this city's turn." "How long have you been running this company? I hadn't heard that you own (or "owned") a company!" "I created this company five years ago (we cannot use the present perfect with a past time reference), now it's running quite well." " Wow! Awesome! I've just finished shopping, where are you going right now?" "I've eaten (my) breakfast (US alternative: "I just ate breakfast"), and have been walking along (I believe that's the intended meaning. "Alone" means without company.) this street since 9 o'clock; now I'm going home."
Great job! Feel free to ask me for clarification on any of the changes made.

#I will be mainly practicing the present perfect tense and the present perfect continuous tense in that post. I hadn't seen Luke for / in ten years, but we met (each other) / but I came across him on the street this morning. "Hi Tracy, how are you doing? What have you been doing lately? " "Hi Luke, I'm good / I'm doing well. I have just graduated from university. And you, what have you been doing these last ten years?" "I have been running my company's business in many (different) cities. These days it is this city's turn." "How long have you been running this company? I hadn't heard / I didn't know that you owned a company!" "I created this company five years ago (when you can place the action at a point in time than use the simple past), now it's running quite well." " Wow! That's awesome! I have just finished shopping, where are you going right now?" "I 've had my breakfast, and have been walking along this street since 9 o'clock, so now I'm going / heading home."
Good job, keep it up.
