Uruguay is a coastal country, so the most important places to have a vacation are its beaches!. The south-east is the best place to go. The Atlantic Ocean is fantastic!, but at the same time is a little cold. There you may find some places like Punta del Este which is the second most important city in Uruguay. Also, if you enjoy the wild nature, you will stay in natural places like Cabo Polonio, where there is no electricity and the cars are prohibited.
