Today, I am happy because I got two corrections of my last post. My happiness is simple. Sometimes I am just happy because I can be disciplined and be corrected by lovely iTalki users. I am so grateful and appreciative of that. Hope I am lucky enough to have this post corrected.

Adding to the corrections you have already received, it would sound far more natural to say "I am easily pleased" instead of "My happiness is simple". Other than that, and what the others have already mentioned, great job! :)
