I live in Russia and weather is bad here most of time. Maybe someone like this kind of wheather but I don't really like it. The bad weather for me is cold and cloudy. But today's weather is exception for me. It had rained and the air felt flesh. Then the sun came out and air would be warm. I want to go out in this weather.

When you have two independent clause (subject + verb) and the subjects are different, you need a comma after “and, “but,” or “or.” For example, I went to buy groceries, and my brother went to the pharmacy. Good job!
