Is it "my owns are white"
or "my own are white" , if the "my own" refers to something plural.
And what about "mine, yours, his, etc.",can I say "mine are fine" or something like that?

It is a bit hard to answer because there is not much context.
"My owns are white" this phrase is incorrect.
"Mine are fine" is a correct phrase

OWN, as an adjective is singular and plural: My own son; My own children. So OWNS as an adjective is incorrect. OWNS should only be used as one of the conjugations of the verb OWN. Sometimes you see both of these in the same sentence:
She owns her own houses.
