This is really good. Here's how I would write that: We had terrible weather today. A big typhoon came to Japan but I still had class so I went to my college. My shoes, socks, and even my jeans got wet. The temperature was low and I felt so cold. Some of my changes were for style and not strictly necessary. Overall, very well written.
