Does "He's a Chinese tall intelligent young officer" sound not natural to English native speakers? Thanks very much!

The order of adjectives in English can be a little tricky because it's a little bit specific, so if you struggle with it I would suggest that you try to rewrite the sentence in a way that you don't have to think so much of the order of the adjectives. For example:
"The young Chinese officer is tall and intelligent."
"He's a young Chinese officer who is tall and intelligent."
"He's a Chinese offcer. Young, tall and intelligent."
I hope to have helped you!

The reason it doesn't sound correct is that adjectives need to be ordered correctly.
use the things that clearly identify the person first eg. "Chinese officer"
Then add the things that describe the characteristics of that person in front of it(Yount, Tall, Intelligent).
"He is a Tall, young, and intelligent Chinese officer."

This is a difficult area when you have so many adjectives!!!
Tall
Intelligent
Young
Chinese
Start with nationality, Chinese officer
Then use commas,
tall, intelligent and young
young, tall and intelligent
intelligent, tall and young
up to you to place these adjectives when you use commas. :))))))
