It sounds fine to me, if you're trying to be a bit more literary in your approach. Sometimes our heart can beat so hard or so fast we can literally hear it in our own ears, so that's what this would indicate to me. Someone must be extremely nervous, scared or excited for their heart to be "noisily" but it definitely works. Example: 1. Jessica had just seen her room mate killed by a zombie and she was so scared that her heart was beating noisily enough that she couldn't hear the screaming! 2. As her boyfriend got down on one knee to propose Jessica's heart was beating so noisily that she couldn't even hear what he was saying to her, though she was sure he was proposing so she screamed "YES!"

She could hear her heart beating lie a drum...

Her heart beats faster. This happens if one is over excited, or he/she has heart disease. One of the heart's irregularity is fast heartbeat.

It is more common in English to say "loudly" than "noisily," so I would recommend you write it as "Her heart beat loudly."

Hi Rashmi, Typically, you would say "her heart beat faster or her heart beat quickly'. This usually happens when someone is either very terrified or very excited. Hope this helps :)
