Is anyone else having issues with the connection when in the iTalki Classroom? It has always been good but this week has been so bad.
When I switch to other platforms (Skype/Zoom) they seem to work just fine?

Ja, for some reason italki Classroom either works perfectly or not at all. I use Skype and zoom as much as possible for my lessons

I did not mean to submit answer, but just bought a new HP Slim Desktop Computer that has a separate docking monitor. Usually I can access italki Classroom, however, when the student enters the classroom, my video goes dark.  The student can't see me.  I have a headset with microphone, and the sound is great, but without the video, students prefer Skype.

I talked to 20 new students last week. I had to use Skype for 18 of them.  The only 2 connections that worked were coming from China.  Weird,huh?
