Because of these benefits,we should eat fish twice a week.3 sides of my country(Turkey)is surrounded by sea,so we have lots of fish but unfortunately we dont eat much fish
What about your countries? Do you have lots of fish? Do you eat much fish?
I eat a lot of tuna and salmon. I am trying to cut back though and diversify my diet because there is some concern that tuna and salmon fishing is not sustainable at current levels.
Where I am from in the US, people eat a lot of white fish like cod, and local fish like trout and bluegills.
The sea surrounds whole the length of Vietnam, so we have lots of fish. I almost ate fish everyday when I live with my family. But now, I have to live in other province for my study, so I rarely have fish for my meals. I’ll try to eat lots of fish. Thank you!
Oh my... The last time that i ate fish was a long time ago.
Many people in the States like it and eat it regularly.
I myself have always hated it, and I will cross the street rather than pass a fish market. I can not stand the taste of it, the horrible smell of it, and the look of it, with those eyeballs looking up at you.
Thank God I am a vegan now, so no need to even think about changing my mind.
I get plenty of Omegas from heavy usage of chia seeds and flax seed capsules.
Many people here in the States love it.
I have hated fish my entire life, the smell, look and taste of it sickens me.
Now that I am a vegan, I have no reason to change my mind about it.
