I would have to say science, in general.

I am not sure if there is supposed to be more context to this question, but I believe that science is vital to the human race.

Although not all science is vital, the majority of science is very important.   Wealth on the other hand, often causes war and other negative events.  I believe that science is by far the more important factor.

In my opinion, we can't really have one without the other.  Ultimately, science will be of greater value, both in terms of personal and global importance.  Wealth, on a personal level, is subjective.  However, without wealth on a global level, science would not have the financial resources to progress.

If our goal is to help human race both can be vital otherwise both can be destroyer.   

I don't get the point of the question. they're different things, it would have sense if you say it to someone who thinking of becoming a scientist or of finding a better paid job; "do you prefer being wealthy or being a scientists?" (and these things are not always mutually exclusive... well, it depends on what you mean by wealth).

How is that a basic question?
