youtubers who become writers and actors..?

Here,in Italy,there are lots of youtubers who become writers and actors thanks to their hidden talent ahaha...and there are talent people that don't have any chanche to show it...

what do you think about it?

you know ,10 years ago YouTube used to be a place for talented people, yet now I don't think so. 

now it's a place with a notable percentage of idiots who have cameras and the untalented who pay for views and likes - I'm sorry to say that - . 

there is no chance for the true hardworking people or let's say it has became very hard. 

BTW ,, what do you mean by "hidden talent" ? :D
