Over the last few months, I've noticed that I rarely have students schedule their lessons on Wednesdays. However, I usually have a lot of appointments for Tuesdays and Thursdays. What day(s) do you prefer for your lessons?
NOAH.
I am a student (on italki). I prefer morning classes since in the evening I am not able anymore to concentrate enough to talk, I can study, read etc but not exchange in a new foreign language after a full day of work. As for the days of the week, I prefer the weekends (I live in a western country), I am more relaxed.
I prefer morning lessons. I wake up everyday around 5:30 a.m, have my coffee and start my lessons at 6:00 or 6:30am
I am latino therefore I really love and respect that 1 hour or 2 hour nap in the afternoon so I truly dislike working in the afternoons but unfortunately most of my students prefer that period of the day because now I am in Europe and I don't like the timezone here. Back in Brazil I could have my siesta and then back to work again :( I miss that.
As a student, I prefer to have lessons around 11am in the morning or in the evenings or late evenings. That is a plus for me being in Europe because I'm focused in Russian so we have the same timezone.
@Guyomar I am definitely not a morning person, either! The days don't matter so much to me, but, like you, I like to have at least a day without much of anything going on. I'm still working on getting that to happen on a regular basis, though!
