I like Duolingo and use it the most, but other apps that I also use are Memrise and 50Languages

One of the website that you can look at is the FSI language site (Foreign Service Institute). It what the US government used to teach their people a foreign language. Since US tax dollars were used, it is now free. It is an old fashioned learn by repetition and it is very dry. She did not like the FSI method. There are several languages on the site.
