Apaato no yachin mo takaishi, sorosoro maihoomu o kawanaito The apartment rent is expensive and it's about time I bought my own house.
- appato=apartment - maihoomu=my home
- sorosoro=it's high time, about time - takai= expensive/high
- yachin=rent
'kawanai' means 'I don't buy' so I suppose 'to' is missing
