부산에 살고있는 사람이 있습니까?
Busan-lives-person-are you?
부산에 사는 사람은 누구입니까?
Busan-live-person-who is?
The first sentence is closer to "Does anyone live in Busan?" The second sentence is, "Who lives in Busan?" It is tricky to find direct translations from English to Korean with a lot of particles and absence of pronouns. When I am trying to find a phrase or sentence in Korean I will try to find multiple sentences to say the same thing in English and work on the translation process. Then I test them out in chat rooms or random Korean I find at Walmart, the mall, or university campus' in my city.
I am still struggling with Korean myself, but hopefully this can at least point you in some meaningful direction.
열심히 공부해요~

여기 부산 사는 사람 있나요?
'Does anyone' This phrase is not used itself in Korean. But if you want to know, it's close to '혹시 무엇하는 사람'.
