I think firstly you need to discover how you are "best" suited to learning... is it easier for you to listen, or read, or write? Are you ok with all? If you use language learning apps like Memrise it presents all three options... for me I focus on listening and reading and I also write down the words I am learning... and I keep looking back on those newly learned words during the day... as repetition is the first law of learning. So keep a list of the 20 or 30 words and sentences you have learnt and then practise them (even if they sound wrong - you can refine that as you go), and then whenever you can jump on to iTalki or speak with a natural speaker of that language and actually have conversations.

Surround yourself with people who speak the langauge then you will have reason to use it.

I know this list seems sterotypical but it’s kinda true one of the biggest langauge barriers is ourselfs if you apply yourself you can do anything...

My advice is to learn through what make you enjoy, in addition to the traditional boring ways. There is a video on YouTube in title of ( want to learn new language? ) from Ted program . Watch it it's impressive

I think that I need: motivation; not lose focus; talk to a native language partner; identification with your teacher's methodology; diversify studies; believe you will learn.
