Should we give money to beggars?Maybe they are deceivers. I always give some money to beggars,but someone says I am stupid,many of them are deceivers,they can earn a living with their hand,but they dont.I dont think so.Such a little money is nothing for me,but if the beggars really need it? so,what do you think?

Maybe it's preferable to pay them a lunch than give money ;)

Maybe social security can help them.But it is still a difficult qusetion. I will still give money to them,but you are right, not all of them,just for some old beggars.
