depends what you want. if you wanna improve reading comprehension, just read more, if you wanna improve oral english(pronunciation and use), you 'd better go abroad. If you have no chance to hear how English natives speak everyday English, there is no way to improve at all. My two cents.

I think you need more practice such as listening and speaking etc..
What improved my english skills was listened BBC every morning,I hope it can help you..~
