Mmm, maybe the answer is both: fluency and appropriate expressions in a correct way. It is easier said than done, though.

I am more concerned of my grammar and vocabulary. Although, I make few mistakes and employ sufficient vocabulary in flexible way in writing, these do not work in speaking.

In speaking, if I think about the rules and the most appropriate words, I will lose points in fluncy. Otherwise, I will just say something hardly make sense.

You may find my audio recordings in my notebooks. However, I told these stories over and over and uploaded the best version.

Regarding myself, I attempt to speak with native English speakers as well as follow some recording. Since other skills, such as writing and listening, including grammar and vocabulary knowledge, are closely connecting with the speaking skill, I am encouraging myself to learn these. Recently, I realized that we should deliblately use certain levels of vocabulary and expressions in the test, in order to acquire the higher bands, I am currently focusing on these works. I think in the General module, due to doing business in the countries, you may need to improve the expressions used in business, news and formal situations. What do you think about it?
