OOPT results, How will it affect your profile as a teacher

Hi.I just have one important question. Is it necessary that a teacher take Oxford Online Placement Test that's being offered  here? How does the rating affect your profile as a teacher or as a community tutor? and what if, for some reason, you got a low score, say for instance B1 (intermediate), but you knew to yourself that you are above that rating and that you can converse effectively? And your teaching skills are excellent. Are you allowed to take the placement test for the second time? I want some clarifications on this one. thanks :)
