What you mean is Hot pot (火锅).<img title="Laughing" src="http://www.italki.com/Scripts/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/smiley-laughing.gif" alt="Laughing" border="0" /> However, I don't know whether consider it as a food is a good idea or not. I think it's more appropiate to describe it as a way of eating food.
