wait wait!  you already memorized all most all words in a dictionary? Are you sure? If it's true, there is nothing I can tell you about it but just "wow!". Anyways, back to your question. There are some ways to improve your speaking skills and the way is that depend on the person. Everyone has a diffrent way and the person who speaks it fluently succeed in find what learning style fits him.

Incidentally, my way is to just copy what they are speaking. You'll know some differefnt type of sentences, after that, you can use it as it is or just change the different word in a sentence. Then you can make an another sentence easily. Do you know what I mean? It's faster and you can learn a natural way of speaking. Also don't forget to try to improve your listening skills. It'll be very hard to have a coversation if you can't follow them.

You seem to be talented at learning languages, so I suggest to you that you try to get some advice and do it all to find which way would fit you.

I find that hearing every syllable is the key.  But this is difficult if the speaker is speaking fast.  So, you have to ask them to slow down for you and say each word distinctly.

If you have a large vocabulary, that's great. The problem is making the words come out in public. Many people are shy to speak, because they feel foolish. It is an emotional problem with shyness, not a lack of language skill. I know that I am like that!

Except when I am somewhere that I have to speak the language. I have had no Spanish classes, but living in California we hear Spanish words and there is Spanish history, I know a little. But I went to central Mexico a few years ago, and nobody spoke English, so I had to, and it wasn't so hard! And it was fun and made me feel more confident.  I was not so self-conscious because the Mexicans were happy if you can speak even a little Spanish.

Tip #1: Spend 2+ weeks in an English speaking country, and talk to people there. At the store, restaurants, ask directions. (Do NOT go with a tour group of people who speak your language!!)

Tip #2: In your city, find a group of English/American expats to talk to. You have to get used to accents too. Maybe they gather someplace for drinks, sports, import shops, or?  They would also like to make friends with local people.

Immersion is best because you are forced to think and speak.

Good luck, I think you need a vacation this year!

I advise you can practice more in writing with more delicate words to complete your sentence. The more you practice , the more you can speak with beautiful words. You need a little patience to  boster your sentence. there is no short cut to speak fluently in a very short time as far as i know. Practice is your best policy , that is all.
