My eyes are dark brown, although they often look black when I'm indoors.

Because of this question, I just used a torch to look examine my eyes in a mirror. Apparently they have a strong green tinge (like brown algae in a pond) in very bright light. I've never noticed that before, but I guess most of the time I'd need to be looking directly at the sun for it to be obvious.

Green.  And for those that are saying "green with some brown" the English word for that eye color combination is "hazel."
