I've heard of skype. Do most people have it?
I like Skype, it is easy and simple to use it, you need an account only.
All areas other than China , skype could be the most popular social software to communcate with some other people from all over the world . There is a free portable version to be downloaded without complex installment . Besides , you do need authority to use the software .
