Dumb girls take everything seriously. Smart girls tell apart what's serious and what's not.

Dumb girls are taken in easily. Smart girls are good at pretending to be taken in.

We cannot tell who is stupid through the apparance.

But the one who has got great achievements is judged as intelligent.

An intelligent girl is who always is doing her best \o/ 

And an stupid one is a lazy one! 

Well tha's a tricky question, because we cannot judge a person by just looking, stupid or smart depends of the standard of each person, perhaps my friends find me interesting, sofisticated meanwhile others find me dumb and stupid.

If i had to stablish a reference between a stupid person and an intelligent one, i'll say that the intelligentone, is the one who ask, debate, argue offers a perspective and or opinion, but respecting others opinions,and if this person is incorrect, accept it and learn from it. And the stupid one is the one who believes everything that hears, has a strong opinion/idea about something, and gets upset if someone refuse that idea, and explodes when you say that they are incorrect, even when they know that they are wrong.

Also there's this kind of people who knows nothing about nothing, is not unbeliebable? well no can judge, but everyone can experience, and that's the most accurate of judgement.
