Hello. I had a look on the Coursea website. As far as I can tell it should be available in Taiwan - the only countries where it is blocked (by the US) are Cuba, Iran, Sudan and Syria. So it might be a problem at your end, although I don't see why Taiwan would want to block it. It might be your browser as I have had trouble running it under Firefox (although the website says Firefox is supported), so I use Chrome or Opera when accessing Coursera. There is also a mobile app for Android and iOS which you might want to try. Good luck.

Hi im actually taking lessons by coursera now but im in germany . I don't know why it doesn't work in Taiwan though. 

台湾不会把coursera墙掉吧，台大在上面有课呢。

It is good to know the website is actually functional to people who live in Germany.

What course(s) are you taking and do you find it useful? Do you think the website revolutionizes the way we learn things? How do you compare these online courses with those you've taken in an actual classroom? Mind sharing some pros and cons?

Same here, I don't know why it doesn't work in Taiwan (or in any parts of the world for that matter) and I guess that is exactly what i am trying to find out.

If any one of you who is reading this think you might have an explanation, please share it with us.
