My favourite food is bitter melon. It is fried with egg, oil, salt and seasoning for only some minutes. How it is tasty!

In Vietnam, Phở is a famous traditional food. 

In Italy there are a lot of traditional foods I might choose, but I don't like too elaborated dishes... I don't like lasagne, fried food, or filled pies.

I prefer a creamy "risotto", specially with tomato or zafferano. And also "focaccia with rosmarino", a kind of bread with herbs that you can eat with ham or fresh cheese.

My favorite food is the "Ajiaco", is very delicious, is very healthy, and the easy preparation.
