Which are you a lark or owl?

A lot of people tend to believe we are naturally either larks or owls, but I think they might be wrong. In my opinion, I don't think that we are programed to wake up early or spend the time studying or working during at night. Some persons prefer to study through the night as there are more silence and is easy to be focused. Other people who appear to be early birds might have just become so through habit or a lot of responsabilities along their day. On other hand, I guess all specialist see eye to eye about the importance of sleep for being healthy. Many of them say adults need kind of eight hours of sleep and the better time for working or learning is in early hours of morning, because our brain is refreshed after a sleep during at night. However, all of us have different habits and routines, so eight hours maybe couldn't be possible for some people or they have to work along whole night. I think is difficult to predict how much hours a person needs, because our bodies don't have the same features and all of that. Moreover, we have different lifestyles, ages and personality, as a result we will be interested to study or to work at early morning or during at night according to our lifestyle and preferences. In my case, I'm often an early bird, because I like to have a lot things done at noon, consequently I feel that I took advantage of my day. In spite of my preferences, sometimes I'm an owl when I had to review before a difficult university's exam or when I'm in holydays or vacation, because there isn't better time to read an interesting book when others are sleeping. What do you like to be?
