As a teacher of English I use the internet to find interesting sites for my students. There are thousands of sites which offer help with English and some of them are very good. Below I have listed just two:
Busyteacher.org
This site has thousands of downloadable worksheets for all levels.
Learnenglish.britishcouncil.org/end/word-street
This has videos with full written text as well as short grammar and culture videos. There are built in questions and all videos are short so you can watch them many times.
What are your best sites to help you learn English?

I use this site for vocabulary learning.
It has numerous list to choose from and a challenge game if you don't know which list to choose.
I find it fun and pretty efficient.
