I perefer both of them :), I love to eat something sweet after eating large amount of something salty. I know it weird :D, but it makes me feel a good taste .

Depends on my body I guess. I felt uncomfortable while I eat sweet too much.

I lack salty I will deseir salty foods. Dont you think body would know it what you need among various food?
