Conversational Lessons vs Conversation Lessons

Are they the same or different?

 

If you are a student, what and how would you expect to be taught in a 'conversational lesson'? What and how would you expect to be taught in a 'conversation lesson'?

 

If you are a teacher, do you think that there is a reason for offering 'conversational lessons' instead of 'conversation lessons' or do you think that it doesn't matter which one to offer because they are pretty much the same?

Hello

The term conversation lessons is correct but I do not feel that conversational lessons is the correct term:). It would sound even better I think if you say Conversation practice lessons/sessions? I am not a teacher this is just my suggestion.
