Talking to others with Dutch courage by the help of whisky ? Sounds comical. Being afraid of making mistakes while talking to someone in a foreign language is something that I can't handle with too. Grammer rules work all the time but Im sure that noone will laugh at you when you make a mistake, at the end of the day it's not your mother tongue. All in all we just need to be brave.

yes its true for learning any language first we have to speak. In begining we can be poor but, we must speak it with our self loud. it will improve our english.

Speaking is a productive skill which needs more and more practice and acquisition to obtain a sense of competence & mastery in the language. Try to find atmosphere is quite informal and cheerful and talk on any topic . Just be yourself & dont be worry about grammar ... you are supposed doing some mistakes .

hmm... try to listen to English programe
then comment about what was heard, you can record your voice , re-listen & correct yourself.

hope that helps!

have fun :)

MY FRIEND TOLD ME TO LISTEN AS MUCH AS I CAN TO SPOKEN ENGLISH AND RECITE WHAT IS BEEN SAID LOUDLY AS IF SOMEONE IS STANDING INFRONT OF ME. AND WITH MORE PRACTICE I WILL BE ABLE TO SPEAK ENGLISH WILL.
ALSO IF YOU HAVE A WRITTEN CHAT YOU SAY WHAT YOU WRITE TO HEAR YOUR VOICE TO KNOW IF YOU SAY IT RIGHT OR NOT.
I HOPE THIS CAN HELP YOU AND ME TOO.
THANX.
