Hello all native English speakers sorry for my disturbing again. This time I query the meaning of these two sentences:
1. Sometimes you feel pressure to speak quickly and clearly in the workplace but when you are learning a language that isgot a numbern't easy.
My way to understand this sentence is:
① Sometimes you feel pressure to speak quickly and clearly in the workplace, but sometimes you don't feel pressure when you are learning a language ,even if this language is not easy.
② Sometimes you feel pressure to speak quickly and clearly in the workplace, but when you are learning a language , quickly and clearly speaking is not easy.
2. It's got a number you can call to query your bill.
The way I understand this sentence is:
It has got a number , you can call the number to query your bill.
( I guess the pronoun "it" here perhaps refers to a company, or water conservancy bureau.)
Question: are my two ways to understand these two sentences both correct?

For the first sentence, your second interpretation is correct. When you’re learning a language, speaking quickly and clearly isn’t easy.
For the second sentence, yes, your interpretation is correct. The “it” could refer to a document like an invoice instead of to a company; in American English we more commonly say “They have a number you can call..” when referring to a company, utility, or similar entity instead of saying “it.” Also we never say query! That’s much more British. It’s not incorrect in American, just formal and unusual.

1a is correct. You need to say "quick and clear speaking". To modify the noun "speaking", you need adjectives, not adverbs. The sentence #1 could use a comma after "workplace".
For 2, "it" can be just about anything except a person. You don't query a bill. You can query a person about a bill. Use the word "query" the same grammatical way you would use the word "ask". You do not ask a bill but you can ask a person about a bill.

Very Sorry for my typo on number 1:
I should remove the "got a numbern't " before the "not easy".
