Emos是一群心理曾經受過傷害的人，各個都遭遇過一些不幸的事情。雖然我對這個青少年次文化團體並非十分熟悉，

不過我還很喜歡他們的表演，也欣賞他們酷酷的化妝和服裝款式。

Emos 是什么样的人谁我不知道很好是很了解（what do your mean by...this sentence?You mean that you've no idea about whether Emos is a good guy or not...or you mean you are not understand him very well(Emos is name huh?)），我知道一点点对Emos知之甚少(you'd better use this idiom next time)， 喜欢且他们的手腕(could you repeat this scentence in Enlish?I'm afraid I'll miss your real idea)， 他们很伤心是内心受过伤害（broken heart huh？）的人， 他们的身上发生过不好的事情.即使他们的外表很酷。(cool =冷漠ruthless？酷Noodles have no facial expression？)

in chinese meaning ”虽然xx，但是xx“="即使xx,xx“or“xx,即使xx”., the method of use is not very similiar,although they both used at the beginning of the sentence.
