我在学习中文。 我在上海公司工作从三月。 今天我的朋友说我‘不用谢’。 ‘不用谢’和‘不客气／别客气’是一样吗？

当他人对你说包含“谢谢”的话，你可以说不用谢和不客气，都可以。但是如果人家没有说到“谢”字，你只应该说不客气，至少不能说不用谢。
only when people mentioned "谢" word, can you mention “谢”.
比如
多亏你的帮忙了。
幸亏有你。
你能来帮忙，我很感激。
麻烦你了/给你添麻烦了。
you can not use "谢" to respond.

“不用谢”和“不客气”都是对“谢谢”的回答。
“别客气”可以在饭桌上使用，通常主人会说“别客气”“多吃点”来劝客人吃菜、喝酒。这是主人热情好客的一种表现。

‘不客气／别客气’=Not at all.
