Epiphanies, They Hide Where You Least Expect Them Note: I should really practice my Mandarin, but lately I've been stressed out and I found that writing in English is a great way for me to focus, and get some perspective. Also, am I the only one experiencing a slight addiction to check italki for updates? :D :D These last few days I have been free from work, I thought it would be a great opportunity to prepare and tidy up my apartment before my move to Shanghai. I've thrown out so much trash, I disassembled a king-size loft-bed, it took pretty much all day and it's actually dangerous to do alone, but it felt really satisfying when I was finally done. To normal people, this doesn't seem very enticing, but since I'm a bit corky, this is like a spa-weekend to me. I never feel as refreshed as when I'm cleaning and getting rid of junk that's been accumulated through the years! As the apartment seems to grow bigger, I feel more and more at ease, it's moments like these, when everything seems to slow down just a little bit, and I find some clarity of mind. There's no doubt, I had way too much stuff, but also, and more importantly; it's a clear canvas for me. P.S. How are you guys, any moments of "peace of mind" lately?
