A Letter to cinema manager because of the lost bag

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to inform that I lost my bag in your cinema on July 6th (last night) when I was there to see the movie of “the Adventure”.
If I remember well I was sitting on the seat of number six of the row 11. It didn’t take it with me when I left the cinema due to my carelessness. It was a black leather hand bag with a little flower logo embossed on the bottom of the right side of the bag. The brand of the bag called “MADI”. There are several things in the bag: a small red wallet with around 150$ in it, one black note book and a cosmetic bag.
