My Proposal We will remove the core and excavate the foundation of the existing breakwaters to the elevations and profile as shown on the drawings, and will use all such materials as back fill material for new breakwaters. We will excavate all the materials above the design profiles except for the unsuitable materials. If we encountered suspected materials, we will immediately notify the Engineer and will carry out the soil sampling & testing to determine the silt content of the soil.
