Hello Sawitri. I would talk to a close friend who really listens and discuss your troubles. Even some troubles may have a positive side, it just depends how you look at it.

Jangan stress dong! "Semua masalah adalah masalah menunda mati "(kata kata Chairil Anwar). Dunia ini dunia maya. I have faith that you will be able to confront your troubles! Chin up and hope the following days/weeks will be easier on you :). When I'm stressed out, I tend to distract myself from my problems (a bad idea). Spending time with my family, sharing my problems family and or friends to gain from their perspective on things, having faith in God and singing usually works for me! Good luck!
