Good morning : 早上好 or 你好/ 您好 it is more popular. Good night: 晚安你叫什么名字? Correct, but it's impolite. You can use it when you ask with your friends or someone whose age is more lower than you. it is better to ask "what's your name?" in Chinese are: 您贵姓? pinyin: nin gui xing? 您/你姓什么? 您/你是...... Note: 您 is formal word. It is used to talk with the old.
