Happy Birthday To Me

Tomorrow is my birthday,but I won't be (not) as happy as when I was a little girl. (Because) When you grow up, there is so much to consider, life, work and so on.
Today, I made a birthday cake by myself, one day in advance of (did this one day before) my birthday, so it feels (felt) as if my birthday covers two days. (like these two days are both my birthday.)
This birthday cake almost took (cost) me 4 hours to make, but it is more beautiful than my last birthday cake, which is (that's) a big step-V-
Anyway, I hope I will earn much more money this year,haha. Hope, also, that  both my parents stay in good health; hope I will travel to more countries (country), live (in) a better life！

We usually put the title in initial capitals. You should not use 'and; or 'because' to start a sentence. Otherwise, your writing is fine. I have just suggested a few amendments to make it read a little better.

Happy bBirthday to me (when you say Happy Birthday to either yourself, or someone else, it is always captalized in English. So you should say Happy Birthday to me)

Because when you grow up, you have so much to consider, such as: work, and life etc.. (etc is very authentic Canadian English, its kinda like 等等 in Chinese (I think)- hope this helps!))

You're quite the talented pastry chef; especially love the fruit embosed detail!

In honor of my birthday, one day prior to the big celebration, I baked myself a cake.  I chose to bake the cake one day prior to my birthday to extend the celebration!  In total, the prep work and baking consumed nearly four hours, but the increased effort resulted in a more beautiful result than last year; improvement!  With coming of age, I hope for increased salary, continued good health for my parents, and more travel opportunities!
