Qs: Is the article necessary? Yo como almuerzo vs Yo como el almuerzo

That Alexandra says in her comment is completely correct: Both of that entries are wrong. If you want to say: "I take lunch" = "Yo almuerzo" or if you want to say "I'm taking lunch" = "Estoy almorzando"
